ABOUT RICHARD HOWELLS

As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at TTP, I specialise in hiring exceptional scientists and engineers across our three business units: Deep Tech, Health Tech and Life Science. I recruit for a wide range of technical disciplines including Software, RF, DSP, Electronics, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Chemical Engineering.In addition to supporting TTP\'s core teams, I\'ve also helped build teams for our spinout ventures, such as LEX Diagnostics and Cellular Highways.More recently, I successfully led the configuration and implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System, Smart Recruiters.I thrive on collaborating with key stakeholders and building strong partnerships with hiring teams. My focus is always on attracting and securing brilliant people who will thrive in our employee-owned business.I’m also particularly interested in how AI is transforming recruitment, and I’m continually learning and exploring how emerging tools and technologies can enhance the hiring experience - for both candidates and hiring teams.Our purpose-built (and now award-winning) offices and laboratories are a space designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and impact.
