I am Senior Partner and Chief Executive of Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) and Chief Executive of Deloitte UK. I’m responsible for leading over people and more than partners across 30 countries, bringing them together to make a difference to how we serve clients, how we support our colleagues and to make an impact in our communities.My career in professional services spans over 26 years. I was previously Managing Partner for Deloitte’s North West Europe and UK Consulting businesses and a member of Deloitte’s Global Consulting Executive. I’ve been a partner at Deloitte since 1998, having joined from Arthur Andersen.I’m proud to be leading Deloitte NSE – a firm with a fantastic breadth and depth of skills and experience. As CEO I focus on bringing the value of the whole firm to our clients and also to our amazing range of charity and social enterprise partners, solving their challenges and making the most of the opportunities in a rapidly-evolving market place. I will work to make sure all our people can build successful careers, develop their talents and make a positive impact for our clients and for wider society.
