Originally based in Silicon Valley, CA and then relocated to Boston to co-found GD\'s Boston office. Practice focuses on emerging companies, growth-stage companies, venture investors and publicly traded companies. I have worked with companies in a variety of fields, including AI, SaaS, med device, MedTech, FinTech, life science, and consumer Tech and consumer products. This includes advising company clients, management and investors on a range of matters, including formation, equity structures, early-stage through growth stage financing negotiations, credit transactions, M&A, IPOs and public offerings, corporate governance, equity incentive plans and arrangements, employment matters, IP and strategic and commercial transactions, and take-private transactions. I also represent numerous top-tier funds in a variety of venture financings, fund formations, tender offers, buy-outs and recapitalization transactions.
