   Senior Planning Manager for the Above Water, Undersea Systems (Mine Warfare and SubSystems) and Naval Radars Directorate for the Naval Power’s line of business. Manage and mentor junior Planners and Managers in the processes and procedures in program planning discipline. Coordinate with PM’s, CAM’s, Managers, planners and other interested parties in the planning discipline such as IMS development, Reverse Planning, Critical Chain methodology techniques and etc. In addition, provide Program Startup expertise to new programs and assist with providing structuring artifacts (WBS, RAM, WBS Dictionary, etc.) so program can start off on the right path.
