ABOUT RICHARD HEATH
Throughout my career, one theme has remained constant: I\'m drawn to complexity, change, and the challenge of making things work better.I started my career at Smurfit Kappa, where 13 years gave me a foundation in quality management, operational improvement, and business change. I loved getting into the details of how things worked - and finding ways to make them work smarter.That foundation led me to a mobile phone startup - a joint venture backed by a £50M seed fund. I was employee number one, employed as a supply chain manager. Within three years, we\'d scaled from zero to £300M turnover. It was fast, intense, and exactly the kind of environment where I thrive.I then spent 12+ years at CEVA Logistics, initially turning around a struggling Rolls-Royce contract that was at risk of termination. That turnaround became the launchpad for growing the account from £60M to £300M. My responsibilities progressed to heading up the Aerospace Sector globally, oversaw operations, along the way, I sponsored the Airbus relationship from zero to £120M+ revenue. Ultimately I progressed to the role of SVP Industrial & Aerospace sector, having the privilege of working with and providing services for many world leading blue chip companies. This spanned over 200 operations across 42 countries with 6,500 team members. What I valued most was working with teams to build something meaningful.I moved to Unipart at an exciting time of their journey, shortly after the go live of the JLR Mercia park, a campus of over 2m square feet, which is a strategic consolidation project for JLR. My role as Stabilisation & Improvement Director was to guide the business through its ramp up phase, which included the onboarding of 1800 colleagues and execution of the project deliverables. Today, I\'m Managing Director at PSC Global, where I\'m bringing enterprise-level supply chain expertise to an agile SME environment.
