I love the challenge of working with team members to increase engagement and achieve our goals. Motivating the team to achieve results is a talent I have developed throughout several years working with a variety of teams in various environments. I am an experienced Plant Manager being a tier one automotive supplier for all manufacturers. Utilizing Lean Production Systems (Toyota Production System), problem solving, creative thinking, profit and loss management, and project management, I coach team members to learn and growing their ability to solve problems and make decisions. I have a successful history of leading in both plant start-ups and turn arounds of plant operations. I have led several high profile projects with multiple companies. I never stop learning and always follow my core values. One of my key achievements was being part of the management team that won the Tennessee Shingo Award for Lean Excellence. My varied background and experience with a multitude of management styles and processes has prepared me to be able to successfully adapt to changes and new situations quickly to meet both short and long term goals.
