I currently lead the delivery of the Space Micro-Reactor Development Programme within Rolls-Royce.Micro-Reactors are deployable nuclear fission reactors that offer resilient and reliable power. Micro-Reactors will supply the future demand for electrical power in a growing space economy, enabling exploration and habitation.I love developing new products and solutions to solve problems, especially in a high performing collaborative environment - working closely with customers, partners and suppliers across the world.I am a delivery focussed individual with experience successfully delivering projects using waterfall and agile methods, specifically Scrum.Having graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, I am a Chartered Engineer. I am APM PMQ qualified, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master and AgilePM Practitioner.
