About Richard Hart
Co-founder of 360 Imaging LLC. Specialising in documentation photography for construction, real estate photography and more. Richard is originally from the South West of England (near Glastonbury) and spent many of his adult years living in Bristol. He then moved to Southern California in November 2011. He holds Irish, UK nationality and a US Green card. Excited about many forms of communication, Richard studied graphic design at University of West of England. He chose the course primarily because of it\'s openness to creativity and ideas allowing exploration of work with different media such as type design, video production and photography. In 2006, Richard became more directed towards photography. As a social person, he enjoys creating a connection with people, making them feel relaxed and capturing portraits with natural smiles and expressions whilst creatively telling stories. He has been known to really build confidence in others through his work. Influenced by high fashion, Richard developed exceptional skill in lighting techniques. With a desire to create super stylish imagery, he developed a \"hyper-real\" style mixing futuristic graphic elements with fashion style portraits. Richard applied this knowledge to other photographic areas including architectural. Since his move to Southern California, Richard has worked as a freelance photographer running a small business, starting an exclusive portrait studio and creating hyper stylish architecture photography for some of the most expensive real estate in Southern California.

We create 360 degree imagery prior to dry walling to create a virtual archive of everything behind your walls. This includes plumbing, hvac, electrical, structural and more. The virtual archive can be referred to online and by disk should there ever be any errors. Take your iPad onsite and use as a virtual X-ray of the property. Navigate via hotspots, a room list and an interactive floor plan. See more at
