Manging a multi-disciplinary team of children’s services professionals including Family Keyworkers working directly with cases at Child Protection level and as lead professional. Responsibilities include supervision, safer recruitment and support of these staff, and I have been successful in embedding them into the new service. I am also the operational lead for the Common Assessment Framework, developing and leading on an action plan to develop the role of the staff supporting it, the collection of government Troubled Families data and supporting the team manager with organisation of team meetings and broader staff development.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
