We have some very exciting plans at MorePeople. The new shareholding and company structure is future-proofed and fit to deliver for everyone who is involved in the business. I live and breathe recruitment. It’s in my DNA. It’s an industry that has given me the opportunity to build and develop teams of specialist recruiters in three main sectors turning everyday people into recruitment heroes. It also provided me with the opportunity to travel the world. I’m lucky to have spent a large portion of my life travelling to places such as Hong Kong, South East Asia, Bali and China through work. My career, which has spanned across England and Hong Kong has given me the chance to manage teams in various professional markets. The knowledge I’ve gained has enabled me to clearly understand how vital it is for companies to attract the very best talent to achieve their growth targets. Having commanded senior roles for the last eight years, I have seen a great deal of change in the recruitment industry, including the introduction and growth of social media and mobile devices to aid recruitment. As such, the need to stay ahead has never been greater and by ensuring that we are staying at the forefront of technology, talent generation methods and industry knowledge, we at MorePeople will continue to be the go-to recruitment leader in the food, produce, agriculture and FMCG Outside of work, I love socialising. I’m a father of four and a husband, so love nothing more than spending time with my family. I used to play and coach football, and I’m still a huge fan of the game. Travel is also still very much part of my life.
