As Contracts Manager at Masabi, a global leader in Fare Payments-as-a-Service (FPaaS), I’m responsible for transforming and optimising the company’s legal contracting processes to support scalable global growth. My focus is on embedding structure, consistency, and efficiency across Legal, Revenue Operations, Product, and Procurement.I lead the continuous improvement of our contracting frameworks through the design and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), contracting policies, and modular templates that align with commercial strategy and regulatory compliance. This work ensures that Legal operates as an integrated, data-driven partner to the business.A core part of my remit involves connecting legal processes with Masabi’s wider operational systems — including CRM, procurement, and deal-management tools — to improve visibility, speed, and governance.
