ABOUT RICHARD HAHN
I am a results-focused organisational change and learning and development specialist with twenty five years’ experience of helping high profile clients reshape their structures, improve processes and align staff for more effective delivery. I spent eleven years as a client-facing consultant at PA Consulting prior to joining EY\'s internal global change management and project management team in December 2014. I then joined EY\'s global Learning and Development team as a Jobs and Skills Architecture specialist in August 2025. I have particular strengths in:* Training design and delivery* Project management* Change management * Organisational design I have an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Association for Project Management.I deliver EY\'s \'New Senior\' training programme to first-time managers across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa and present workplace skills seminars to students at the London School of Economics. I also mentor students at a local secondary school through the Career Ready programme, which aims to enhance students’ employability and skills development.
