I am doing it! I am making changes, for the better, to the Sustainability of London.This comes from a pride in having extensive first-hand experience in what works (and what doesn’t) when making changes to buildings, building services and company operations to improve all aspects of sustainability.I can prove my ability to not just talk about, but to actually reduce energy use through stakeholder engagement while maintaining occupant satisfaction. I have a sound data-based understanding of writing and adopting energy, environmental and sustainability strategies, listening to peers, and keeping up to date with current thinking across industries.This keeps me determined to create a more efficient, healthier and smoother-functioning world.I\'m always looking for ways to use my extensive knowledge of real-world energy efficiency & sustainability across the built environment while working and moving collaboratively to a just transition to net zero.I am a Chartered Energy Manager, and Chartered Energy Engineer with the Energy Institute, and a Chartered Engineer with CIBSE. I know what works and what doesn’t when making changes to buildings and building services to reduce energy use intensity. By being adept at Energy Management, Estate Maintenance, People Leadership and by having a sound knowledge of building services and systems coupled with warm people skills, I am able to implement real Engineering solutions that work for existing buildings, fully refurbished and new build.I am always willing to learn, and as a member of the Energy Institute, and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), I am continuously looking for ways that I can help reduce energy consumption while taking whole life carbon and overall costs into account.
