My position requires interaction with all internal staff, hiring future staff, customers, our factory and vendors. The integration of all units to function as one is exciting and essential to the success we have had. We have increased our staff 50% in 2 years and promoted 3 people into key positions over the last 12 months. We were named Small Business of the year for Tampa Bay in 2017 and named on of the fastest growing companies in Florida the last 2 years in a row.
