I work with department heads to implement business guidelines and strategies. Areas of responsibility:• Overseeing all operational activities for the organisation.• Translating the company’s strategic plans into defined operational plans.• Defining performance management KPI’s to monitor operational success against objectives.• Utilising technology to reduce effort and improve efficiency. • Day-to-day management of the operations team.• Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.• Building and sustaining business networks, to increase pipeline.• Working alongside other members of the company on business projects.• Establishing a culture of continuous business improvement.• Reviewing customer service activities and implementing minimum standards across all communications with customers.• Researching opportunities for cost savings across the business.• Staying up-to-date with industry technological changes.• Minimising operational expenditure within the company, wherever possible.• Developing leadership and coaching programmes to increase employee effectiveness.
