ABOUT RICHARD GOVE
I work for the largest General Contractor in North America, Turner Construction. I currently work in the commissioning department as a field engineer. My first project is a Data Center, and so will my second project. Prior to getting into construction management my construction experience came from being a carpenter for custom residential homes and a laborer doing structural framing and glazing of offices in commercial buildings. Out of college I sold software for 7 years where I learned a lot about sales and the tech world. I mostly worked for start ups and helped them build from the ground up. Some of the companies I worked for did well, and some failed. After the last software company I worked for failed, I got into construction where I felt was and is a more fulfilling career.
