I am one of two partners in Colterra Capital Corporation. It is an investment company that targets three types of properties: 1) stabilized income with some upside; 2) value-added, that may be repositioned, reconfigured, converted, retrofitted or redeveloped; and 3) land development of income producing properties, or condominiums, either through direct land purchase or assembly for eventual development. We are mainly interested in Florida, the Carolinas, Quebec and Ontario markets.In the last 3 years we have bought 4 stabilized income properties totalling over square feet in Florida and South Carolina.
