About Richard Glaubitz
I’m passionate and interested in all things logistics. What’s unique about my skill set is I have first hand experience as a shipper, broker, carrier, and equipment provider. This gives me clear view of the challenges and goals on all sides of the shipping equation. My logistics background began in the OTR domestic shipping mode in both the spot and contracted freight markets. I grew into Forwarding, LTL, Drayage, IMDL, and local distribution as my clientele and their referrals had the need for it. Most of that experience was during my time managing a team as a 3PL Account Executive at one of the largest 3PL providers in North America. Forwarding and OTRTL is what I found to be the most fun and rewarding.
