Principle scientist in running the chromatography & mass spectrometry for extractables & leachables (E&L)(small molecule quant), characterization of polymeric/elastomeric materials (including unknowns analysis), characterization of advance therapeutics including mRNA, AAVs, and lipids. Responsible for regular maintenance, waste management, and training of the instruments in the analytical laboratory and was responsible for starting Radnor\'s analytical services at Radnor. Now expanding analytical services into gas chromatography and acquiring high resolution accurate mass (HRAM) qTOF systems for LC & GC analysis.
