I am a Director in the UK Occupier Accounts team, based in the CBRE Edinburgh office. As a Transaction Manager, dedicated to a large corporate occupier account (one of the top EMEA financial institutions) I develop portfolio strategy from a very early stage to immediate requirements and future demands, oversee office acquisitions, disposals and lead the Landlord and Tenant events program on behalf of the client and its subsidiaries in the UK, offshore and Internationally. I pride myself on my client relationships and deep understanding of their needs and finding innovative solutions to the problems they present.
