PATIENT CARE:AIB is a world class Center of Excellence for the evaluation and treatment of equilibrium disorders in children and adults with a database of over patients. The Institute\'s central campus is located in Largo, Florida, part of the greater Tampa Bay region. Through its licensing of Centers of Specialty Care and OtoLab and NeuroLab outsourced neurodiagnostic testing services to ENT, neurology and health systems, the AIB licenses or operates 150 locations in 39 states. These include several of the country\'s largest ENT practices. More than 1,300 patients are seen each month through the outsourced contract programs. Gold standard and evidence based patient centric care is provided through all AIB facilities.EDUCATION:Through its well-respected global hybrid-online and live educational workshops and certification programs, physical and occupational therapists are AIB Certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and/or Concussion in all 50 states. AIB conducts manual hands-on competency training as part of the Certification in 15 U.S. cities. AIB also offers International Fellowships in Vestibular Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as online education in multiple languages, as well as a externship training site for 30+ universities and has had 53 doctoral residents since 1998.RESEARCH:Over 75 research articles, and textbook chapters authored by Dr. Gans and AIB faculty and staff. Dr. Gans has presented 150 invited international lectures in 40 countries.
