BEGINNING JUNE 2026**Serve as Director of Elementary Athletics, overseeing the planning and execution of a multi-season athletic program for grades Pre-K through 5. Lead fall, winter, and spring sports while collaborating with co-directors, administrators, coaches, and community partners to deliver safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate athletic experiences.Key Responsibilities-Direct and manage elementary athletic programming across volleyball, flag football, cheer, basketball, wrestling, track, baseball, and softball-Plan and execute seasonal registration cycles, including timelines, communication, and Google Forms-Recruit, assign, and support coaches; ensure certification and compliance requirements are met-Coordinate practice and game schedules, facility usage, and shared calendars-Oversee game operations, officials scheduling, and tournament hosting-Collaborate with high school programs to integrate varsity player mentorship-Manage relationships with parishes, diocesan offices, county leagues, and tournament directors-Organize rosters, preseason meetings, and coach resources for practices and game-day operations-Supervise equipment, uniforms, facility access, and storage logistics-Support budget awareness, fundraising initiatives, and cost-neutral participation models-Assist with long-range planning, calendar systems, and program improvementsHighlights & Impact-Oversee athletic opportunities for 180+ student-athletes annually-Manage no-fee participation models across multiple sports-Coordinate hosting of league games, meets, and tournaments-Build repeatable systems for multi-sport, multi-season programming
