To bring real value to a business owner, a commercial real estate professional must specialize in a specific product type and geographic location. That\'s what I have done for more than 16 years. I\'ve focused on becoming the expert of industrial properties in the Central Phoenix and Southeast Valley submarkets. Only then can I properly advise current and potential clients in their efforts to achieve their real estate objectives. My grandfather, Joe Stecker, managed five shirt factories in central Pennsylvania. He instilled the values that you always place your client’s needs first, listen more than you speak and your handshake is your bond. I strive to deliver no less, and preferably more than has been promised. I\'ve worked diligently my entire career to live up these same values. I am proud to say that throughout my career I’ve consistently met these objectives and as a result have successfully achieved the goals of hundreds of business owners during my real estate career. The majority of my business today is with or referrals from previous clients. I work primarily with building sellers, buyers, and tenants and landlords and have successfully negotiated build to suits and land sales. I have the skill and experience to handle conventional to very sophisticated transactions. I view myself as an advisor for my clients. I help them make intelligent decisions and walk them through the entire process. I work very hard to earn my client’s trust that they can rely on me throughout the transaction. My clients are experts in their field and don\'t need to spend time becoming an expert in commercial real estate. I provide them confidence that their interests are being addressed and protected through all phases of the transaction. This enables them to continue to remain focused on growing their own business.
