I practice in land use, zoning, commercial real estate, administrative law, and business litigation both at the trial and appellate level, including (but, as lawyers like to say, not limited to) land use litigation, real estate litigation, contract litigation, Chancery Court litigation including entity control and management litigation, environmental litigation, commercial finance litigation, etc, but not including criminal law or family law. I am also active in my community, currently serving as President of my local school board (Appoquinimink), and active in my profession, including past service as President of the Delaware State Bar Association.
