About Richard Forrest
I am an internationally experienced, licensed professional, specialized in developing intercultural leadership in organizations and teams. Using leading diagnostic tools, learning Apps and applying dilemma reconciliation theory in customized training and coaching, I bring unique and innovative methods to help realize behavior change in leaders, teams and organizations. My most recent professional initiatives include developing a leadership cohort called the \"Global Supervisor\", creating a mentoring program and delivering \"Values to Behavior Team Charter\" workshops. I enjoy and benefit from a close professional relationship with professor Dr. Fons Trompenaars and the THT group. This connection supports my professional practice in the areas of intercultural leadership and management development programs.
