ABOUT RICHARD FOLLETT
When I graduated from college, I still had no idea \"what I wanted to be when I grow up\". I grew up in Richmond, VA and graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Health Services. I moved to Arlington, VA shortly after graduation. My first job landed me in the financial services industry, completely outside of what I went to school for and something completely new. I instantly fell in love with the industry and have been in it ever since. While I worked my way through the ranks of a Lead Generation Rep to a Sales Director, I experienced many moves and acquisitions. I went from Arlington, VA to Nashville, TN, to Omaha, NE, to Tempe, AZ, to Oklahoma City. Now the new chapter starts with Sphere.While not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Holly and our son and daughter. We enjoy anything outdoors, going to sporting events, concerts, and relaxing by the pool. I am firm believer that life is what you make it. What you put into your career and life with the proper work/life balance, it is impossible to not be happy!
