I’m part of The Bridge IT, a 30-strong internal consultancy of independent contractors working across Lancashire Constabulary to modernise legacy systems, improve processes, and deliver smarter digital tools that save time, money, and improve outcomes for the public.Initially brought in as a Business Analyst, I was promoted in March 2025 to Strategic Delivery Lead — now managing high-profile programmes with Force-wide impact.Highlights: • Palantir AI Programme Lead: Leading the rollout of Palantir’s AI tools into the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Vulnerability Governance Unit (VGU). Coordinating delivery across safeguarding, tech architecture, and governance. • Single Online Home (SOH) Integration: Delivering a hybrid solution that blends national SOH standards with Lancashire’s local PE Portal — redesigning triage, improving routing, and removing legacy PDF workflows. • 101 Call Handling System: Delivered improved functionality used by operators to log and process 101 calls. Led testing, defect management, and training support. • PE Portal Recovery: Took over a previously stalled public-facing reporting project. Delivered two major system releases, resolved 150+ backlogged changes, and rebuilt trust between technical and frontline teams. • People Data Management: Defined requirements and resolved data quality issues for Force-wide Finance and Skills dashboards built in Power BI.I lead strategic initiatives end-to-end — from defining requirements and solving delivery bottlenecks to managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
