ABOUT RICHARD FITZGERALD

I am highly successful with extensive buying experience in the bricks and clicks retail sector as well as the on-line retail market with a detailed understanding of market forces in both areas. Prior to my last role as product lead at Bristan group where I implemented a full range review process & monthly reporting processes, I covered a number of roles, both in manufacturing & sourcing as well as full life category/product management for a number of major etail & retail brands. I spent 18 months on secondment in Asia working with the Maplin sourcing team in Hong Kong, China & Taiwan offices where I undertook to develop and implement a range of new processes, and helping to develop a more commercially focused sourcing operation. I have a proven track record of driving profitable growth in highly competitive markets. I am passionate, persuasive, dedicated and highly competitive.
