Technical Lead responsible for the technical solution architecture of the Cloud TMS solutions. o Provide TMS implementation experience and technical direction for Business and IT teams during custom development life cycles for the TMS implementation project.o Work with the business teams to understand the core functional requirements and with the vendor to transform the core functional requirements into standard best practice solutions using modern web technologies.o Create and maintain internal UML, BPMN, and EPC technical documentation for the TMS implementation system workflows and processes using Visio and Enterprise Architect. o Provide system performance research, evaluation, and reporting for new and existing software deliverables using APM tools.o Conduct meetings to gather information for the successful completion of projects that will better meet user needs.o Assist users by analyzing complex problems and clarifying program objectives.o Create all necessary documentation for projects assigned.o Ensure quality by correcting a program\'s root cause and not the symptom.o Develop multiple solution options and select best alternative.
