Act as a second line of defence for regulatory compliance issues• Monitor regulatory change and advice the business on regulatory matters• Compile quarterly regulatory returns for all 5 licenses• Compile and respond to betting integrity cases • Manage project related Regulatory Compliance tasks throughout the business• Offer advice on creatives, terms & conditions, and promotional activity• Nominated point of contact for GB, Jersey, and Gibraltar Gambling Commission contacts• Responsible for coordinating and compiling regulatory reports for monthly, quarterly and annual submissions • Administrator/ gate keeper for the Gambling Commission eServices portal• Responsible for coordinating, drafting, and submitting section 122 requests, Key Events, and LCCP Notifications• Representing Regulatory Engagement by presenting to a range of high-level stakeholders in UK Compliance Forums • Manage licence applications and renewals for GB, Gibraltar, and Jersey jurisdictions • Host weekly Breaches and Reporting call with stakeholders throughout the business to analyse and ensure risk register is up to date• Responsible for managing one direct line report (Regulatory Compliance Officer)
