ABOUT RICHARD FAULKNER

Mr. Faulkner was born and raised in coastal North Carolina, hailing from Morehead City and graduating from West Carteret High School in 1996. He then attended East Carolina University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a concentration in East Asian and European studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Mr. Faulkner is also a graduate of The Charlotte School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate. Pursuing these degrees afforded Richard the unique opportunity to study abroad in Spain, Morocco, Italy, Greece, Japan and Lithuania. While attending the Charlotte School of Law, Mr. Faulkner received the Presidential Merit Scholarship and the Beta Sigma Phi Scholarship for academic success and served on the executive board for the Immigration Law Society as well as the International Law Society. Mr. Faulkner earned Dean\'s List recognition in his final four semesters of Law School. Further, He travelled to Lithuania to study abroad at Vilnius University, one of the oldest universities in all of Europe, in the summer of 2014. Mr. Faulkner brings a wealth of international experience and general excitement to his practice of law which includes such areas as Juvenile, Criminal Defense and Traffic, DMV hearings, Landlord/Tenant, Incompetancy, DSS matters, Defamation, Gun Rights, and Personal Injury. Most recently, Richard has opened his own Law Firm, Faulkner Law Offices, PLLC, drawing from his experience working for three prior firms. It was there he worked his way up from an intern, to a Legal Assistant, Executive Law Clerk and ultimately an Associate Attorney. This new chapter of Mr. Faulkner\'s professional career will afford him the opportunity to continue to hone his craft and put his fingerprint into his practice of law while continuing to serve clients to the very best of his abilities.
