Manage the overall Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) program across all CSEO business units. Perform reviews of technical architectures to enable resilience and recovery within specific objectives with the confines of security and other compliance requirements. Create and establish overall BC/DR strategic plans to enable automation of the tasks to meet continuity requirements using engineering tool sets. Implement program level improvements to accelerate adoption of resilient practices. Actively manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. Coordinate communication and management of overall program scope, schedule, and budget while working closely with other program managers, technical operations staff, IT managers, development leads, engineering teams. Ensuring that the Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery (BCM/DR) requirements and standards are properly communicated, understood, and implemented by the various teams impacted. Create and identify standards and best practices for BC/DR architectures, driving adoption across the CSEO service teams to meet resilience goals for the enterprise. Communicate with senior level stakeholders on program status, improvements, and goals.
