ABOUT RICHARD ELLIS

Innovator, Agile Coach and Cloud Architect, with 22 years designing and delivering high value solutions to large Government Clients. Leading a team focussed on deploying multiple projects to Azure, GCP and AWS using a mix of IAAS, PASS and SAAS services and including technologies / languages such as C#, Java, Angular, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and Python which has allowed me to further my expertise and experience of architecting solutions on AWS (S3, EC2, VPCs, Lambda, EBS, Elasticache, EFS, Storage Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation etc.), managing and continually developing high performance technical teams, Artificial Intelligence, completing complex IT migration projects, scrum and translating highly complex and new technologies for non-technical audiences.With a passion for developing high performing individuals and teams, I have encourage my team to develop their own technical skills and enabled multiple members to study for and pass both AWS and Azure certifications to achieve architecture, developer and security accreditations. A clear and confident communicator, with excellent negotiating skills and proven Consultancy and Customer facing experience. Proactive, confident and inclusive leader with experience in delivery of LEAN, agile and waterfall initiatives.
