ABOUT RICHARD ECCLESTON

Established in Cheshire in 2006, we are a family business with family values supporting excellent standards of care for the elderly and for people living with dementia. We produce handmade wooden garden furniture in our workshop in Cheshire for the less mobile - it is higher and easier to get in and out of than standard garden furniture. Our chairs are designed with many features to help you get in and out of a chair. Clinical research has shown that a higher seat nearly doubles the success rate of getting in and out of a chair by yourself, which is why we have helped so many people.We have now added to our portfolio rattan garden furniture - again higher than the standard to make it easier to get in and out of for the less mobile. With deep comfortable cushions this can add an extra dimension to a garden design.We also provide a wide range of Dementia activity products. Care home managers regularly call on us for ideas – dementia gardens, sensory rooms, features for walls and corridors, sewing rooms, an office on a desk and even an indoor potting shed, for example.
