About Richard Eben

I am a software engineer with work experience in both software development and QA. I have extensive experience working in Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, C, Matlab, SQL, Fortran, C#, and Unix Shell Script. I am currently working for Palantir Technologies on several contracts with federal law enforcement agencies and the armed forces. Before this I worked at Bloomberg LP on the futures and options research and development team. My team was responsible for maintaining and supporting over one million actively traded financial future, option, and strategy securities by developing low latency, testable, and scalable systems to provide reliable information and facilitate trading. In 2014, I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University (after 4 years total).
