This head of IT NA operations is responsible for operational IT infrastructure and User service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency and agility goals are achieved by his team exceeding customer’s expectations. He will also be responsible for the effective and efficient design and engineering of IT infrastructure including Servers, Network, Endpoint devices, IT User services, and Cloud solutions delivered for NA Sites. As a member of the IT senior leadership team, the role contributes to the development and execution of the Regional and worldwide IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the enterprise\'s business strategy looking for technical excellence on optimized budget and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.
