I also apply my finance-oriented practice with work on entertainment and media law projects representing both individuals & entities. I am shareholder with the law firm of Carlton Fields which has over 300 attorneys located in 10 offices, including the entertainment hubs of Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Miami.My securities/corporate lawyer practice includes extensive experience in public & private offerings, mergers & acquisitions of private and public entities, venture capital formation & exit strategies, securities law & regulatory compliance (SEC filings), and corporate governance matters. My experience also includes REIT and financial institution offerings.I also apply my finance-oriented practice with entertainment & media law in the areas of music, film, TV, theater, sports, literature, Internet apps, digital & interactive entertainment, video gaming and cyber law.
