Leading PA\'s police work in the UK, I\'ve helped forces deliver large scale, complex operational IT programmes, transforming business processes and enabling reinvention and innovation. I enjoy working with forces because at their heart they are proactive and focused on problem solving - my challenge is to help them achieve that in business organisation as well their daily operational activities. My areas of expertise include business design and change in the public sector, particularly policing and justice but my main focus is programme delivery - our clients buy us to make change happen not provide expensive advice on why it can\'t! I have a facilitative style which focuses on bringing people together to resolve issues quickly particualrly where timescales are demanding.
