My experience has been mostly as Project Manager from soup to nuts on a wide variety of construction and planning projects. •Licensed Contractor and Broker with 40 plus years of experience initially specializing in hands-on mechanical and structural work, and more recently as a public agency program consultant and agency manager.•Specialties: Hillside construction, public works including transit, historic structures, and modern LEED building systems as both a field and office project manage per project or program needs.
