In addition, my heart is within student development.Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to create policies and processes as well as implement systems at each institution I have worked. I enjoy streamlining processes to improve the productivity of the team and enhance the efficiency of procedures for the people I serve.I have served on implementation teams for StarRez Housing Software at two institutions and Maxient at one institution. As I continue this path, I look forward to connecting to great people who understand the value of servant leadership.
