ABOUT RICHARD CUSACK
I am a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate Governance Team within the Visa Inc. group, with over 18 years post qualification experience in the area of corporate law, with a strong focus on corporate governance. I currently act as Company Secretary for all of Visa\'s regulated payment and electronic money institutions throughout Europe, in addition to managing a team in the UK who look after Visa\'s legal entities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. During my time at Visa, I have gained extensive international experience of corporate governance and Board management, corporate transactions, complex restructures and regulatory affairs in most global jurisdictions. Prior to Visa, I worked in private practice in both the UK and Australia. Outside of work, I\'m a keen surfer and enjoy spending time outside in the countryside with my family, dogs, horses and pet pigs, and also have an interest in woodwork and mechanics.
