Proficiently versed in turnaround/maintenance inspection, issuing repair recommendations and following necessary repairs.• Possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost effective recommendations for “Suitability for Continued Service” recommendations to the client.• Knowledgeable in the application of the current API 510, API 570, and ASME codes and standards.• Experience in developing inspection scopes for fixed equipment/ piping.• Experience in assisting of planning/ coordinating petrochemical turnarounds. • Experience in dealing with critical and lethal service equipment. • Manage QA/QC activities for turnarounds, new construction and repair/ modification projects for fixed equipment and piping. • Supervising NDE personnel, planning/ scheduling NDE and reviewing technical reports to confirm quality assurance for the client. • Experience in vendor surveillance and dimensional inspections of pressure vessels, piping, etc.• Manage/maintain the inspection schedule and ensure that the required external/internal visual inspections on process piping, pressure vessels and above ground storage tanks are performed in a timely manner on on-stream inspection programs.• Creating in depth/ detailed inspection reports from external/internal inspections and NDE reports while maintaining an organized filing system.• Proficient in technical report writing, the use of MS Word/ Excel, the inclusion and editing of digital photographs for use in repair recommendations and inspection reports.• General knowledge of Welding Processes and Procedures. • Interpreting P & ID’s and creating isometric field sketches of process piping/equipment.• Experienced with Plant Condition Management Systems (PCMS) software and basic AutoCAD skills.• Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude.• Identifying an unsafe work environment and taking the initiative to prevent accidents.
