As a Senior Solutions Engineer, I provide functional and technical, consul for the Dynamics Business Central and NAV ERP software. In this role, I provide functional support for day-to-day tasks, conduct extensive business process reviews, and work directly to share best practices, identify functional gaps, and develop functional design documents. I regularly lead meetings with business leaders and SMEs, in projects both large and small, meetings include but are not limited to training, strategic planning, and status update calls. Over the last 25 years, I have developed a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process for a number of organizations developing a strong baseline for good practice. Biotechnology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Clinical Diagnostics, and wine distribution companies are just a few of the industries that I have experience working with. I regularly collaborate with well-known ISVs such as Insightworks, Avalara, and Chargelogic for large-scale implementations and ISV support issues. I am comfortable with deadlines, high demand, and high-pressure situations. My target is always to provide white glove service to my clients under budget and on time.
