   As QA Manager, I assist in the development and maintenance of quality standards that support the company\'s software development lifecycle. Assist in the recruiting and hiring process. Train, motivate, mentor and coach employees to ensure their development and knowledge meets required standards. Monitor metrics and build reports to track progress and formulate strategies to increase productivity. Review processes to ensure alignment with current trends and analyze data to find areas for growth. Ensure application quality for a dynamic and fast paced transformation that enables GM’s Electric Vehicles Retail Sales Model in the US and around the world. Led three QA teams of up to 18 people that ensured the quality of our world class technologies for online commerce, customer engagement, vehicle personalization, inventory search engines, payments, mobility and telematics. Contributed to the successful launch of the Corvette Stingray Swiss Edition for our customers in Switzerland. This launch provides a means for customer to reserve and purchase C8 Corvettes and this milestone is a major steppingstone towards transforming GM Europe into a Direct-to-Consumer model.
