I am responsible for- Understanding Meltwater\'s high-level business goals, competitors and industry, and spreading this understanding within my part of the organisation- Ensuring a vision & strategy across a range of products that addresses business goals and customer needs- Communicating vision & strategy to senior stakeholders, setting expectations, explaining risks and keeping stakeholders updated with progress and challenges- Working with engineering management to help drive team efficiency, and clear communication of risks and delivery expectations- Maintaining healthy & productive relationships with leaders across a large global organisation- Participating in high-risk customer calls if necessary to address concerns and communicate possible solutions- Building and maintaining a team of Product Managers that can effectively deliver key company priorities- Ensuring Product Managers within my team are continuing to adopt best practices in an evolving field- Ensuring my teams set ambitious, but feasible objectives, and measures success using key results- Ensuring Product Managers within my team are continuously developing our understanding our customers needs through ongoing customer discovery.
