Experienced HVAC mechanic At flushing Hosptal Experience gained from working under some very experienced and educated engineers And the hospital as old as it is, has a variety Heating and Cooling measures throughout the hospital and office buildings and the variety of problems that come with them that\'s where a lot of my hands-on experience comes from being involved in so many different types of repairs and installations In my shop we handle AC,Plumbing, sprinkler/Standpipe shut down and isolation for Replacements and service, along with any jobs we may run into throughout our day I have strong friendships with the other shops in engineering we all work as one so when they need a hand even if its with sheet rock I\'m there and I when I need a hand with any job they show up A major part of the job is knowing the building like the back of your hand knowing where all your shut-off valves are and how to handle the Fire panel and any issues that may come with it Starting off in my Department as a groundsman I took on extra work to get experience and I worked under stationary engineers/Ac shop and directly under safety as a liaison between our department in theirs getting ready for joint commission all year round handling repairs safety needed done handling the Fire panel and its service contractors after hours I hold 43 certificates of fitness from the FDNY I started posting videos to show my day to day work environment, the variety of jobs I do
