Oversee contract lifecycle management, implement procurement best practices, and streamline processes to maximize value and operational efficiency.Key Contributions:Centralized Procurement: Consolidated procurement functions across EEA agencies, standardizing processes and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.Leadership & Guidance: Provide strategic oversight and expert guidance to agency staff, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.Procurement Expertise: Manage public bids, vendor prequalification, contract negotiations, amendments, and performance evaluations to secure best-value outcomes.Supplier Diversity & Compliance: Act as Secretariat Supplier Diversity Officer, promoting inclusivity and tracking compliance with MBE/WBE participation goals.Training & Development: Develop and implement SOPs, best practice documents, and training programs to strengthen procurement capabilities across the Secretariat.
