   As association manager for Sugar Valley Lakes (SVL), I was responsible for the management of the lakes area. There are over lake lots in the two lake property locations. There is Sugar Valley Lakes in Linn County, KS and Hidden Valley Lake in Bourbon County, KS about 23 miles from each other. There are two club houses, a swimming pool, golf course and have several lakes; two large ones. SVL is a private not for profit entity, so all roads (45 miles), dams (about 10), spillways, ditches and other association owned properties are SVL\'s to maintain. There is a staff of approximately 15 people and a annual budget of nearly a million dollars.
