Assigned as a facility inspector for the Bi-Annual Assessment process for Capital Development of Chicago Public Schools. Our Team assess the envelope and through all the infrastructure and mechanical systems. The ranking purpose allows the Capital Development Dept. to access needed upgrades for their schools. Career experience in Project Management and Contract Administration of complex mechanical contracts has received client appreciation and resulted in advancement during my career. Abilities to discern project design intent/concept vs. profit motive resulted in a balanced history of completing projects successfully and bringing focus to issues that are problematic to HVAC operations.
