I have a strong background in compliance, business ethics, marketing, and corporate responsibility, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulatory frameworks.At Medicys, I implement real-world, practical solutions for compliance issues, supporting a team of 20 project managers. I develop market-compliant screeners, discussion guides, and ICFs for health market research surveys and clinical studies. I undertake LIAs, DPIAs, CAPAs, SARs, and ISO27001 audits, and support external audits and inspections at both company and client level. I also hold multiple certifications in Adverse Event Reporting, Legal and Ethical Guidelines, and Recruiter Accreditation.
